Small fan-made Touhou plushies

Small Plushies is a one-fan doujin project: original Touhou plushie designs, 20 cm tall, all-minky soft, with embroidered faces. Designed by Sarto, quality-checked by hand, and shipped worldwide. Current lineup below; new characters join regularly.

Made by a fan, for the fans

Every design takes into consideration the personality of each character to make them as cute as possible, and ends up with a soft friend you can put on your desk or your shelf. The style is inspired by many other styles, including the Japanese fumo plushies. The full story involves scalped Yuyuko fumos, a Kanako that simply didn't exist, and a stubborn decision to learn to sew. You can get to know all about it if you meet the maker.
