Terms & Conditions
The store-legal stuff, in human. Ordering from smallplushies.com means you agree to this page; it's shorter than most, on purpose.
- Who I am. Small Plushies is a one-fan project by Sarto, based in Italy. Business contact: [email protected]. Touhou Project is © Team Shanghai Alice: this is an unofficial fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by them. All plushie designs are my own work.
- Orders. Your order is an offer to buy; I accept it when I confirm it by email. I can refuse or cancel an order if something's off with it: a pricing mistake, suspected fraud, an address that doesn't exist. If I cancel a paid order, you get a full refund.
- Prices and currency. Prices are what checkout shows you, in USD or EUR, with any applicable taxes shown there too. What you see before you pay is what you pay.
- Products. Every plushie is made in small batches and checked by hand before it ships. Small variations between pieces are normal; the exact line between "character" and "defect" lives on the Returns & Refunds page. Photos on product pages are of the actual plush.
- Shipping. Handled as described on the Shipping Policy page. If a tracked package gets lost, I'll replace it once. If the second one is also lost to the void, I'm genuinely sorry, but that's where replacements stop. For the record: first losses have happened twice in around a hundred shipped plushies, and a double loss has never happened. The replacement always made it.
- Your address matters. If a package bounces back because the address was wrong or incomplete, I'll resend once you've covered the new shipping. If the mistake was mine, I cover it.
- Intellectual property. The plushie designs, photos and texts on this site are mine. The Touhou Project characters they're based on belong to Team Shanghai Alice. Don't resell my photos or copy my pages; do feel free to love your plushie, post it, and tag me.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, my liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it, and I'm not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits the rights EU consumer law gives you where those can't be waived.
- Italian law applies. Disputes go to Italian courts. If you're an EU consumer, any protections your own country gives you that can't be waived still apply.
- Changes. These terms can change over time; the version in force when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
- Contact. [email protected], or the contact page. A real human reads it. There's exactly one candidate.
