Shipping Policy

The short version: I ship worldwide from Italy, orders go out every Tuesday and Friday, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as your label prints.

Where I ship

Everywhere, pretty much. Every plushie is quality-checked by hand and packed by me here in Italy before it leaves.

When your order ships

Dispatch happens every Tuesday and Friday. Order before the cut-off and your plushie goes out in the next batch; you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as the label is created, not when the courier scans it.

Delivery times

• Italy: a couple of working days
• Rest of Europe: a few days
• Everywhere else: about a week and a half

These are courier estimates, not promises: delays can happen, and if one hits your order I'll be right here complaining about it with you.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout with real courier rates, based on your destination and what you're buying. No made-up flat fees, and no free-shipping threshold for now: if that ever changes, it'll be announced here and in the newsletter.

Customs and import duties

Orders inside the EU travel freely: no customs, no surprises. Outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Those are set by your customs office, not by me, and they're on the recipient.
